The learner must have:
- Completed the People Management with Enneagram Workshop OR Leadership Excellence with Enneagram Workshop
- Completed 24 hours of Advanced physical workshop session over the spread of 3 days
- Shown competency in using the Enneagram framework for Self development and People Mastery
- Shown competency in coaching and analyzing the Enneagram report
- Completed and passed a coaching assignment over 3 months
This workshop focuses on equipping mentors and managers with the necessary skills to coach and guide their team to better self-development.
After this course, individuals will be able to distinguish themselves as a certified Enneagram Coach using the Enneagram framework.
They will also be able to apply established coaching techniques that will tremendously aid their current mentoring and coaching roles.
In this credential, the candidate has the ability to:

- Accurately identify own (and coachee’s) coaching goals and challenges
- Assess own (and coachee’s) strengths and weaknesses
