Vernessa Chuah is a Certified Enneagram Coach that has 14 years of experience as an educator in Canada, Australia, Malaysia, and Singapore. This enables her to connect with the best of both eastern and western methodologies in her parenting, teaching, and coaching.
Vernessa embodies ontological and Enneagram modality in her coaching. In ontological coaching, she provides powerful distinctions to shift the coachee’s observations and create new possibilities through language, the body, and emotions. Her work involves somatics, body dispositions, and diving deep into emotions as a way of being and how one shows up in life. She believes that the coachee is whole and knows the answers. Her coaching role is to shine a light on blindspots with powerful questions that elicit thought-provoking moments to create sustainable change.
Also the founder of Mindful Space, a boutique studio, she aims to empower parents to be proactive, positive, and respectful role models for the future generation. This is where she curates holistic and inclusive learning experiences for parents, children, and families.
She obtained a Masters in Education specialising in Leadership, Policy and Change from Monash University, Australia. She is recognised by Golden Key International Honour Society, the world’s largest collegiate honor society for graduates who are at the top 15% of their class which has strong relationships with over 400 universities worldwide.
