Why Become an Accredited Coach?

An accreditation from us provides the following benefits:

  • You will have greater confidence that your services meet a professional standard
  • You will distinguish yourself from your competitors who are non-accredited
  • You will have access to more pedagogical methods and training support for your services and programmes

To have your programme accredited by TEA, you would need to fulfil the following:

  • The trainer(s) must be Accredited Enneagram Practitioner(s) from TEA
  • Submit the full outline of the programme in PDF format to the academy 2 weeks before TEA assessor session (The programme must include an assessment component for programme participants.)
  • The programme in question must have been conducted at least once before TEA assessor comes for the accreditation-round of programme
  • Fees must be paid upon submission of programme outline before TEA will start the accreditation process
  • After assessing the programme in its entirety (i.e. after TEA assessors have sat in for the full programme), owners of the programme will receive results of their accreditation within 2 weeks
  • You will then receive a certificate that accredits your programme and also the right to use TEA logo in your materials
