About · The Enneagram Academy

The Enneagram Academy was established in order to cater to the great demand by former Enneagram course participants. Many have seen for themselves the effectiveness of the Enneagram as a self-development tool and hoped to apply it at their workplace as they mentor and coach their employees and team members.

Through the accreditation process provided by TEA, participants will be equipped with the skills and knowledge that would make them more capable as mentors and leaders who regularly coach as part of their job. The Enneagram serves as a reliable framework to complement your current coaching strategies and is a better alternative to coaching in the dark or haphazardly through mere intuition or gut-feeling (although there is certainly a time and a place for that strategy too).

The path to getting accredited will require participants to go through intensive peer coaching sessions that would immerse them in the experience on both sides of the fence (as a coach and a coachee). They will also be taught various strategies that would aid in their coaching of the various Enneagram types.

Quarterly gatherings, networking sessions, revision courses and follow-up support will be offered exclusively to our alumnus.

Cindy, founder of Relationship Studio and The Enneagram Academy, is a highly sought-after Enneagram Coach and Corporate Trainer who can you help you make sense of your professional and personal relationships.

She is an Accredited Professional with the renown International Enneagram Association (IEA) and the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is also a member of the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) and an accredited dating practitioner with the Singapore Social Development Network (SDN). In the last 11 years, she has impacted more than 30,000 lives.

Besides a Bachelor Degree in Psychology (majoring in Communications), she also has a Diploma in Business and has done in-depth research and studies in the areas of Organisational Behaviour and Gender Communications, both in Singapore and Taiwan.

She is well-versed in both English and Mandarin. Aside from being a published author of 4 books, she has also been invited by several radio stations and magazines as an expert guest to provide insights into Enneagram, workplace conflicts and relationships. She was also the Resident Relationship Expert on Mediacorp Class95 FM for the last 4 years.

Having emerged from a decade of depression, Coen brings his unique experiences, fresh perspectives and finely-honed skills to people he works with. Coen has trained regionally and spoken in Singapore, China, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines and Taiwan, in both English and Mandarin.

A Distinguished Toastmaster, Coen has achieved the Gold Distinction Award (Speaking in Public) by the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts (LAMDA). He is also a member of various professional associations, such as the Global Speakers Federation (GSF), Asia Professional Speakers Singapore (APSS), the Association of Talent Development (ATD) and the Adult Educators’ Network (AEN).
