Joseph has been working with the Enneagram since 2018. He is also the Senior Vice President of Grinweiv Group, Head of Life Business and General Insurance Division and holds a senior advisory role in the busines development of Employee Benefits portfolio within the Group.

With 15 years of encounters and experience, Joseph realised that the Enneagram and his expertise has enabled him to develop strong working relationships with capable insurers and partners to develop interesting collaborations that often-exceeded benchmark objectives.
