Cindy Leong is the Founder of The Enneagram Academy — the first International Enneagram Association (IEA) Accredited Training School in Southeast Asia — as well as the visionary behind Relationship Studio and Divine Connect.
A bilingual coach, speaker, and educator, Cindy currently leads a dynamic team of ten across Singapore and Malaysia. Together, they’ve just celebrated their 12th anniversary, marking over a decade of transformational work across the region.
Cindy is an Accredited Professional with the IEA, an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), and a proud member of the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS). With a passion for real impact, she has worked across the seven pillars of society — business, government, education, media, arts & entertainment, religion, and family — always with the aim of bringing greater emotional awareness, relational wisdom, and personal growth.
In 2023 and again in 2025, she and her team successfully organized the Singapore Enneagram Conference, drawing over 180 international participants, cementing her reputation as a pioneer in the region’s Enneagram and personal development landscape.
Over the past 12 years, Cindy has touched more than 30,000 lives, including Taiwan and Hong Kong, blending the art and science of the Enneagram with a distinctly grounded, relatable, and soulful approach. She has been regularly featured in magazines, interviewed on numerous radio stations, and served as the Resident Love Expert for both Mediacorp Class 95FM and Bumble.
Beyond the accolades and titles, Cindy is also a mother of two, a devoted student of life, and someone who truly believes that inner work is the best kind of legacy we can leave for our children.

As a certified Enneagram Coach and through her powerful life message of overcoming a dark past, she has inspired thousands and helped many clients to make lasting positive transformation in their lives through her personable 1-on-1 coaching in the last 14 years.
She is also currently mentoring 80 youth leaders, encouraging them to give back and make a positive impact in their communities.
