I currently work as a CoE Talent and Performance Management Expert at TBA, where I design and deliver innovative and impactful talent development solutions for the APAC region.
As a lifelong learner, I have acquired multiple credentials and certifications in coaching, agile, enneagram, DISC, training and assessment, and human resources. I have also developed strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills that enable me to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and audiences.
