Michelle is an Accredited Enneagram Coach for the last 3 years. Having a strong Human Resource background in multinational companies, she has been the in-house coach to her associates and HODs, guiding them on the right path toward becoming their best self.

She has been working with the Enneagram to understand and help the individuals she coaches. She has an open and receptive demeanor, so others feel comfortable sharing their life and story with her. After she became an Enneagram Coach, it augmented her abilities to be an active listener, analytical and compassionate coach.
