Xiaoqing is an Accredited Enneagram Coach with 15 years of experience in leading a team. Previously hailed from a global MNC in the luxury world, Xiaoqing is now a Business Leader with Unicorn Financial Solutions. She chanced upon Enneagram as she strongly believes that leadership skills need to be learnt. She does not want her people to follow her because they have to. Nothing is wrong with having a leadership position. Everything is wrong with using position to get people to follow you.

Due to the nature of her work, there is constant coaching given to her Business Owners as well as clients to ensure that they are on track with their goals. She is also one of the only 3 Certified Advanced Planners within Unicorn whereby she is engaged by fellow Consultants to be crafting financial plans for clients with more comprehensive needs. These clients are highly competent and successful in their career and are often deprived of family time and me time, not to mention being able to optimise their finances for an assured future.

Xiaoqing graduated from National University of Singapore and believes that education does not stop in school. Leadership is a lifelong process. Effective personal leadership not only leads others to success, but brings high self-awareness, manages self, develops self and demonstrates character.
