Gladyes is a certified Enneagram Coach who believes in value adding in people’s life and their growth and development. She graduated with a Degree in Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Economics from the National University of Singapore.

During her 20 years in the financial services industry, she has mentored and coached many individuals, and many lives were impacted, and breakthroughs were seen. She often like to simplify complex concepts to bite-size learning. She is also active in church work and with her coaching, many have progressed into various form of leadership roles. People often describe her as someone who is approachable, energetic and carry contagious laughter.

To her, Enneagram is a helpful and powerful tool for understanding ourselves and about others. Being a people person, she feels this can form a deeper connection with her clients, coachees, or anyone with greater self-awareness of their own personality type, their motivations, their mental spaces and why certain things trigger etc. As a result, her coachees have discovered their hidden strengths and identified their area for growth and achieve personal breakthrough with improved relationships. Gladyes wants to continue to learn in the field of enneagram to transform life limiting behaviours into life enhancing personal empowerment.
