Evi has more than 13 years of experience working in the government sector, with responsibilities in events management, organisation development (OD), employee engagement and marketing communications.
She also developed and oversaw the Employee Engagement Strategy in her previous organisation. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she helped to strengthen the organisation’s culture of care and appreciation as well as overall employee engagement. She led a community of staff representatives across the organisation to develop and implement plans to engage staff in volunteerism, philanthropy, and activities to care for staff’s physical and mental well-being.
As an Intermediate OD practitioner, she had the privilege to work closely with the senior and middle management of her previous organisation to close the leadership distance with their staff. She was also a trained Prosci Change Practitioner with experiences in engaging staff during major organisational changes to ensure they had a smooth transition.
On a personal note, Evi is a working mother who faced many challenges in her personal life, ranging from childhood trauma, poverty to pregnancy, post-natal and parenthood challenges. Overcoming her own painful experiences in life, she hopes to help others by journeying with them to overcome their challenges and letting them know that they are not alone.
As a certified Enneagram Life Coach, Evi can do individual (1-to-1) and couples coaching sessions to help those who would like to improve certain areas of their lives or simply wanting to better understand themselves and others.
